independent films have a lower budget but more creative freedom and are more niche 

Hollywood blockbusters have a higher budget so they can get the best actors and better technology like cgi and more sets however they don't have creative freedom as some fans create a connection with a certain actor in the films so they wont watch the films if that actor is sacked by the director
